These terms apply to your use of GameFindr ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use GameFindr.
The game
GameFindr is free to play and provided for fun. We may change, pause or stop any part of it, including daily puzzles, side quests and Heads Up, at any time and without notice. Your progress and stats are stored in your browser, so they may be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices.
Playing fairly
When you use GameFindr, you agree not to:
- choose a display name, or write a challenge hint, that is offensive, abusive or impersonates someone else;
- try to access parts of the site or server that aren't meant to be public;
- use bots, scrapers or automated tools on the site, or overload it with requests;
- interfere with other players' games or matches.
We may remove content or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Challenge links
You're responsible for the hints you write and the challenge links you share.
Game information and images
Game details, cover art and logos come from IGDB. This product uses the IGDB API but is not endorsed or certified by IGDB. All game titles, cover art, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. GameFindr isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher or developer.
We try to keep game information accurate, but we can't guarantee it's always complete or correct.
Our content
The GameFindr name, design and code belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
No guarantees
GameFindr is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or secure. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that can't legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. If you keep using GameFindr after that, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
